What does the SGA Finance Team do?

The SGA budget committee is responsible for allocating the Undergraduate Student Activity Fund ($2.2 million).

Big Budget Meeting (BBM)

Big meeting held before the start of every semester (usually at the end of the preceding semester) to allocate funds to each student organization.

AFR (Additional Funding Requests)

Student organizations are allowed to request additional funding during the semester ad needed. Leftover funds may be moved using reallocation requests.

Weekly Budget Meetings

Held weekly before weekly Senate meetings (usually Sundays at 6). Reach out to lbrevoor@stevens.edu with any questions.
