Submission Guidelines
Submissions must be original pieces of formal academic scholarship related to the intersection of law and technology. Authors are afforded great latitude regarding topic: if your piece involves some intersection between law and technology, it is eligible. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, novel developments in intellectual property, online and data privacy, cybersecurity, computational law, health informatics, and the regulation of artificial intelligence.
Students from all academic disciplines are encouraged to submit. Undergraduate and graduate (including doctoral) students worldwide are invited to submit their work to the journal. Submissions are additionally welcome from individuals who have graduated within the past year.
We will consider submissions of any length. We additionally do not require the use of any specific fonts or spacing levels. Submissions are evaluated for quality, relevance, and substance.
Submissions in any standard academic citation style are welcome (e.g., MLA, APA). However, authors of accepted works will be required to conform to Chicago style citations with endnotes within two weeks of notification.
To submit, you must complete a form that will ask for your name, email address, current academic institution, expected graduation year, the title of your piece, an abstract for your piece, and a brief explanation of why you initially wrote the piece.
If your piece has been accepted by another publication, please inform us immediately. We will not republish works.
