The Japanese art form of Kintsugi repairs broken pottery by using gold lacquer to fill the cracks. Instead of hiding the damage, it highlights it, creating a more unique and resilient object - a perfect metaphor for mental wellness. Join us for a panel discussion as we explore Asian mental health through film and TV media for Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American Heritage Month. Pan-Asian cuisine will also be provided.
