Hello, Student Leaders!

As we make our way through the semester, we wanted to give you all a quick reminder about the Ducks Leadership Series! Below are a few updates, reminders, and upcoming events that count towards your required events! 

Reviewing your checklist:

1. Sign in to DuckLink. On the left side is your toolbar. Click on “My Activity Menu”
2. Scroll down and click on “My Checklist”
3. Once you click on “My Checklist,” your progress will be displayed.
4. Finding Workshops: Click on “Events”. Click on “Event Tags” and then the specific type of event you are looking for. 

Chelsie Scaragile is a geotechnical engineer from the Hoboken/Jersey City are who was named in Hoboken Girl's 10 Locals to Watch in May 2025.

Chelsie was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma about a year ago and is currently in remission. During treatment, Chelsie became active in the Leukemia + Lymphoma Society's where she participated in a 10- week challenge to raise funds for the LLS mission.

Welcome to the 2025 Leadership Conference: Rise & Redefine—a biennial gathering focused on building coalitions of support and redefining what leadership means for the future. Hosted by the Lore-El Center, this conference brings together a wide range of voices to explore new visions of leadership that value collaboration, authenticity, and impact.

Through engaging workshops, inspiring speakers, and intentional networking, attendees will connect across experiences and leadership styles to strengthen their impact and expand their support systems. Whether you're just beginning your leadership journey or looking to grow in new ways, this space is for you.
