About Us
SUMAC is a club that was formed in 2001 at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey. We book and organize on-campus shows featuring bands with a diverse range of sounds and styles. Being a student run, non-profit group, we can feature otherwise difficult to see bands in a safe, low-cost venue, thereby spreading our joy of underground and local music to the student body and others living in the surrounding area.
