Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration Event

This event is designed to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, a significant cultural holiday, by fostering community engagement, cultural awareness, and peer connection among students.
The event will include traditional activities such as lantern decorating, mooncake tasting, cultural trivia, and interactive games. These activities are intended to create an inclusive and engaging environment where students can learn about the history, customs, and symbolism of the Mid-Autumn Festival while interacting with peers.
We are expecting approximately 70 students to attend. The event supports our organization’s mission of promoting cultural diversity, student engagement, and community building by providing an educational and social platform that celebrates global traditions.
Light refreshments (such as pre-packaged mooncakes, snacks, and beverages) will be provided to enhance participation and create a festive atmosphere. Supplies including lantern-making kits, decorations, and small giveaways will be used to encourage interactive participation.
This event will strengthen connections within the student community while encouraging appreciation for cultural traditions.
